Returns and Refunds
Overview
We hope you love your purchase, but if you do not, you have 30 days to ask for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
You cannot return personalised items, unless we have made a mistake, for example we have misspelt the text on the item.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for shipping costs to return your item. When returning more expensive items, you may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for return items lost in the post.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What happens next?
When we receive the item we will email you to confirm receipt. We will inspect it and let you know whether or not we have accepted your claim for a refund. We will then issue the refund to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take several days for this to show on your account.
